Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes! As long as your order has not already been posted out to you. 

Get in contact with us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will work to resolve any issues. Just make sure to include your full name and order number in the email.  

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, We only ship within the UK at present. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders should arrive within 7-10 days. If your order has not arrived after 10 days let us know and we will be able to track your order and resolve the issue. 

What should I do if I have problems placing my order?
